Quality in plastic injection since 1962
–
FBT started out as a family workshop dedicated to the manufacture of plastic parts for local industry. In the early 1990s, the company boasted 1,800 m2 of facilities located in Sant Vicenç de Torelló. In 2006, the company acquired Tesem and thus began a period of commercial growth. In 2012, the company acquired its current facilities (3,000 m2) in the Matabosch de Torelló Industrial Estate, which allowed it to take a technological leap forward and increase the capacity of its machinery to address new challenges.
Capacity and flexibility

Our automated injection plant boasts 24 machines of up to 300 T and an annual production capacity of 150 million parts. We can customise each product with different post-processes, such as special finishes, inserts and manipulations, which we integrate in the production process while maintaining the same level of quality at all points.
Cleanroom

Due to our competitive edge, we are able to service medical, pharmaceutical and veterinary industries.
All the products are manufactured according to class-8 cleanroom requirements (ISO 14644.1).
Research and development

We have an R&D Department responsible for developing new ideas and improving processes. This research allows us to offer our clients innovative solutions and add value to the final product.
